The market is bigger than the shortlist.
A market map is the research we do for one role: a count of the people who could do that job outside the market the client already searches.
It is not a candidate database, a list of names, or a map of the world. It is one role, counted and dated, with the parts we could not measure stated on the same page. Below is a live one, built from illustrative data so you can use it.
The role they do now, years of experience, where they are, their language, what we know and what we don't. Every one ends with not contacted, because none of them have been. Nobody here has applied to anything or said they are available.
A name, a photograph, a current employer or a link. The map is evidence that a market exists outside your search. It is not a list of people you can buy.
The market the client already searches. In this example, Stuttgart. Grey squares are people inside it. Vermilion squares are people outside it, who that search would never reach.
One client. Twenty hires. Nine kinds of job. And twenty of our twenty-nine recorded placements.
Each square is one placement. Filled: the one client, across all four years. Outlined: the other seven companies, five of which appear exactly once.

| One client, 2023–2026 | 20 |
| Second company | 2 |
| Third company | 2 |
| Five companies, once each | 5 |
Companies are unnamed here. We will not put a client's name on a marketing page without asking them, and one logo repeated is worse than none.
