You talk to the company directly. We tell you where it stands either way.
They stay with us. We never publish your name, your photograph or your current employer, and we ask you before we show you to any company. If you end up on our talent page, it is anonymous until you agree to an introduction.
Write to us anyway. Most of the roles we work on are never advertised, and we would rather know you exist before the next one opens.
